Salon Policies

  • We require 24 hour notice for rescheduling. If you’re more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.

  • Canceling your appointment altogether will forfeit your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and are applied to the cost of your service.

  • For services requiring deposit, your deposit will be forfeited if you reschedule for a second time. No-shows may not be allowed to re-book in the future.

  • Please let us know of any allergies or sensitivities prior to your service, this can include things like product reactions, metal allergies, essential oil sensitivities, etc.
    (We need to know these things to give you the best experience possible!)

  • Please do not bring guests or children during appointments, we’re operating from a salon suite with limited space - plus, this is your opportunity to focus on yourself without interruptions!

  • We do not provide services to anyone under the age of 18.

  • Deposits, Gift Cards, Products, Pre-Paid Treatment plans are non-refundable.

  • We accept Cash and all major credit/debit cards. Tap to pay available. We do not accept Cash-App, Zelle, Checks, etc. as payment for services.

  • We will always work with you to achieve your desired result, please keep in mind that stylists are human artists and not magicians. Refunds are issued at the discretion of the stylist.
